3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and credentials secure. Keep your password confidential, use accurate and current information, update it when it changes, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity occurring under your account unless it results from our negligence or a security incident within our systems. You may not share login credentials except as permitted through team features included with your subscription.
4. Free and paid plans
Tarkle offers Free and paid subscriptions. Our Pricing page describes current plans, pricing, included features, storage, transfer, and team limits. We may introduce or modify plans from time to time.
5. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions begin after successful payment and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You authorize recurring charges and applicable taxes may be added.
6. Billing
Third-party payment providers process payments. Keep billing information and payment methods current. If payment cannot be collected, we may retry, notify you, suspend paid features, or downgrade your account where appropriate.
7. Cancellation

9. Your files and content
You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant Tarkle a limited license to store, transmit, display where necessary to operate the Service, create temporary processing copies, perform automated security scanning, create encrypted backups, and improve reliability. The license ends when content is permanently deleted, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.
10. File sharing
You decide who receives access and configure public links, passwords, expiration, download permissions, and branding. You are responsible for having the right to share content. We do not monitor files before they are shared.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, send spam, store child sexual abuse material, promote terrorism or violent extremism, interfere with the Service, circumvent limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
